Humpty Dumpty had a Great Fall!

Hey There!

We Are Family

Yeah, it’s been a while. This Fall has been all kinds of busy and for different excellent reasons. To begin with, the family grew as we welcomed our newest addition in early September. Her name is Alice and she is incredibly smart and super sweet! We hope we don’t embarrass her too much by including her in these blogs (We all know high school can be a trying time on the “perceptions of cool”). But she and Anna have been getting along very well and Alice is a remarkable big sister. So, for those of you keeping track at home, we are now #bockpartyof4!

Also in family news, Robert just finished an exhaustive term on his way to completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design. It’s been a real journey as he’s only a few months away before accomplishing something that originally started 16 years ago. How time flies! We can only hope it eventually gets put to good use.

Radio, Radio

In music news, Robert recently did a couple of interviews on the radio this past week. First, he sat down with our friend Finn Miller (of Finn & His Rustkickers) to talk about songwriting and do a few live performances on his program, Finn’s Revolution. The show aired on 10/22 on Stony Brook’s WUSB, 90.1FM. If you missed it, you can catch the link here: Robert on Finn’s Revolution.

Then on Saturday, 10/26, Robert was the special guest on MakerPark Radio’s Songwriter Deathmatch. He got to chat (and trade songs) with hosts Dave Keener and our Big City Folk friend, Karen Dahlstrom. We’ve got the link to that show too: Robert on Songwriter Deathmatch.

Til We Meet Again!

Other than that, we’re still playing gigs routinely (check the website) and are looking to record Album #2 sometime early next year with the band. In the meantime, why not check out our tracks on Spotify? We’ve got plenty of great music up there that you can stream, add to playlists, or share with your friends. You can also tell them about the fancy video we recorded with Beehive Productions for “Old Guitar”. We love hearing what you think and that you’re enjoying the music.

Til we meet again,

Robert & Krissy
